Hey Everyone. I hope your projects are going well. My wife had our daughter, Madison Taylor, Thursday, July 29th. So I've been keeping busy taking care of Madison and my wife, which I really enjoy. I'll still be working on the bug here and there, but I'm at the moment I'm just spending time with Madison and my wife.

Thanks! I can't even begin to explain how happy we are. It's a great feeling being a daddy. Mom did a great job too. I'm so very proud of her.

You and your wife did a great job. Savor the moment! The car can wait. Take it from me. My wife and I have 2 sons. One is 37, lives in Crystal Lake, Illinois, with his wife and three sons. The other is 32, lives in Aubrey, Texas, with his wife and one year old daughter. Just got to spend some time with the Illinois family and it was great. Spend as much time as you can with your baby daughter. Remember, she is only small once.

Thanks guys. I agree, Tom. We would love for her to stay the size she is, but we know she wont be this size long. She's already changed a bit since she was born. Time sure does fly. She'll already be a week old today.

Hey guys, Quick update. I managed to squeeze in a little time to work on the car. I finished the body work last night and the car is ready for primer. I did get to pull the car out and drive her around a little bit to help "knock off the dust". I really needed to sweep up the garage though cause there's dust everywhere. I also reinforced the inner fiberglass fenders with more fiberglass so they'll be stronger. I'll get a picture of that. I do still need to replace that broken hood pin, but that shouldn't take but an hour. I'm hoping to get the garage completely cleaned up, a paint booth built and to get some primer down this weekend. Hopefully. ;D

Lookin good dude! I've been doing some reading on this bodywork thing. There's a lot of prep that goes into this, more than I thought. When you mix the body filler, can it be mixed so it doesnt harden so fast? i want to be able to work it a little before it turns to stone!
i still like the calico !
