It took me about 14 hrs sunday and about 10 hrs monday to get it all cut , squared, tacked, fabbed and I still have about 6 hrs of welding to do. my welder sux 20% duty , it cuts off all the time cus it does'nt have an internal fan. i want a bigger one but I don't want to put in a 220 v outlet in my garage. It still welds good , just slow.

Mine's the same way. I have a 110 volt stick welder. Does a decent job but when you're welding at 90-100 amps doing frame work I get about a good 10-15 mins out of it before it kicks off. Then I have to wait 30 mins for it to cool down. After the first kick off I get about a good 7-10 mins before the next time it shuts itself off.

Finally something that's better over here ;D
Mine will sit for ages welding at 130A but then it is fan cooled and we run 230V as standard ;D

True, our common house hold current is 110v, but there's normally a 220v connection for washer and dryer. Not always though. In my case, that's all there is in my garage, a standard 110v outlet.

Its looking great! I like the fact you're using a stock font suspension. Years down the road when I build another or I'd do mine similar, but use a super body and design the chassis to use the strut mounts built into the body. Similar to Pontus' build. Keep up the good work!
