Been lurking for a while so I figured it was time to say hi, Been playing with vw's for a few years and currently have a drag bug project but trying to build a V-8 bug. I work at an auto recycling yard so parts aren't hard to get to, I just got a 98 s-10 for cheap so I feel I have a good start, not sure what I want to do with the drivetrain. Anyway I think all your projects look great and Iwill try and chime in every once in a while. The only ? I have now is what most of you are doing for rear suspension, I see CMD has a custom ladder bar, I was thinking 4 link, but ladder bar looks a bit easier. Well anyway will chat with you later.

Welcome,
I am using 4 link on my rearend.I think ladder bar are easier (less adjustments)I am having mine built for me and thought if I became serious about drags again 4 link would have more options for adjusting traction

Yea, It's turned crazy, was trying to build just a Fri.&Sat. street cat but it turned into a straight drag car with cage and all, been fun though, just need to finish up some tin work and get it to the track.
