All we need is traffic. Coments, questions, answers, all welcome. I check in at least twice a week. Im currently redesighning my front clip for a 454. Some of the threads here will be a great source for me. Why go anywhere else? I know how the search works...

Well I'm new to the site, Hopefully it stays alive. I started a chopped v8 bug last fall. It's been a stop and go so far. I;ve got the chop 2/3 done . Now the body is on my chassis jig That"s going good ,but now I just had a foot operated on so I'm rest mode for a few months. I'll start a thread in the build area and try to get some pics of it to date.

I look at this site. Building a 62 ghia. Currently have a Ranger frame. Almost done with my long block. I have been busy, but I am in process of deciding how to do my engine mount plates on the chassis. Hopefully I can get some progress here this month.

Hey guys. I'd like to comment regarding this thread topic. I think it is important that we all don't forget that we are a very special breed of car enthusiast. I've spent my whole life as a die hard drag racing Chevy kinda guy. However, a few years ago I built a T-Bucket from the ground up and one of the T-Bucket websites I hung out at faced some of the same issues. V8 bugs are a lot like T-Buckets in a sense. It has a small crowd of followers. I would just hate to see anyone develop a somewhat hopeless outlook towards the longevity of this or any other V8 bug website based on the number of members or member activity. For me if there is only one person on here that has the info I need or can help me, I'm in.
I think this is a great website for our car interest and I hope it stay for a long time. I would offer that if we want to increase our members and such, we should advertise this site on HAMB, HotRodders.com, and other major car sites. Just my 2 cents worth.
