Hiya Ray,
All's going good here cheers. Bloody busy though. Not had chance to work on the new frame due to work and the wife's Mustang. That's been undergoing a bit of a resto meaning my nicely re-cleaned garage is now full of muzzie parts lol.
Hopefully it won't be delayed much longer.
How's your beast getting on ?

Hi Simon,
It's tough enough having one of these projects at a time... much less two!! I feel for you...
My project is going just about as fast as I can come up with money for it... I am definitely "financially challenged" right now...
We just got through with a son's wedding and the "discretionary cashflow" is starting to creep back up...
I will have some more updates soon... I have ordered all of my steering components, front sway bar, and front drive system for the crankshaft, water pump, alternator, and power steering pump. They should all be in soon...
Take care!
Ray

;D It only started as a "drop the engine to fit the power steering" lol. Soon turned into a little more than that ... Currently stuck at the mo anyway trying to swap the pulley on the power steering pump. It seems no-one over in the UK stock these pullers -> www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_6970_200354072_200354072I didn't really fancy getting stung on shipping and import tax for a one use tool Have tried a few other methods but the thing isn't shifting & I don't want to end up trashing the pump due to the cost of getting one over here.

you mean thats ALL just surface rust? looks like someone went and took a sander to it and parked it under a sprinkler. put some sealer on it aSap or there wont be much left of it in no time. whats the uk sbc? rover isnt it? OMG, the car is so f**kING beautyful the way it is by now, I would love to have that model in that condition but without holes!!!
