wow that frame is looking good, and if u were to build those control arms, it would be inexpensiv and easy, looks like they just used a .25" plate and some 1" tubing, and im sure u could buy control arm shaft and bushing somewhere, or for a realy cool look u could us heim joints, and it would give u all kinds of adjustment.

Getting a bit closer Managed to get a £10,000 loan yesterday ;D Nearly bought a nice '53 Chevy half-ton with it but it was sold when I got there So instead I mailed a guy at Jim Weimer's Rod Garage about their Mustang II front end kit. Turns out they do a package with a right hand drive steering rack as well Apparently that is who prostreetbug use to supply their front end setups as well. Just waiting for the shipping quote and hopefully this should be on it's way shortly ;D www.jwrodgarage.com/catalog.htmJust waiting

That's awesome news! You'll have a really nice V8 bug when it's all said and done.
I reckon I really like it! Especially the logo. It's really clever.

Not heard of them personally. Don't suppose you've got a huuuuuuge suitcase you're bringing with you do you ;D
As for the meet up, it might be a possibility although Lincoln is about 120 miles away from where I am.
When is it you're over ? Might be some VW shows on while you're here.

A Mustang II front end or one of these www.fastcoauto.com/engine_c.htm lol ;D Nah, don't think there are any little bits I need at the mo. If you're over on the weekend of 29th-31st August then i'd highly recommend this show www.vwaction.com/vwaction/VWAction, it's at the UK's premier drag strip. Mainly VW racing but they usually have som nice invited cars as well. Only about 20 miles from Peterborough but about 90 from Lincoln. Other than that, there's the FIA European Finals at Santa Pod Drag Strip (same place as above) 4th-7th September. www.santapod.co.uk/e_europe_finals.php

Cool. Should be plenty of time to catch up then If you're still over here on the 1st of November then the Flame and Thunder show at Santa Pod is worth it
